WOW! Forgive me Craig! I NEVER said that the blade was bad or a fake, just that I am fairly sure the fittings are not original to the piece. Don Vernon was a collector from the 70s and, I believe, New York. I think I have done business with him, but that's another topic. As to the blade, I said I would have to see it in person. And why is it that no picture of the TM has been presented as it has been requested several times. My feelings are that FP and I are close to the same opinion on this piece. Are we correct? I don't know and can't say. Opinions are just that: We have ours and Craig et all have theirs, so as far as I am concerned that is all.
