Hello,
I am not a uniform expert, so I cannot comment as to authenticity. The insignia appears to be for the Feuerschutzpolizei. This would make it a rather rare "field" tunic. As the FSP were deployed in the field such a tunic would be possible, although I have never seen one. It seems the standard police cut tunic with typical brown cuffs and collar was the standard with these guys.
Since this tunic appears to have no eagle I am a tad suspicious of it, although to be sure such an unissued tunic could have certainly be taken as a souvenier late in the war.
For me, the price seems a bit high.
Regards, William Unland
