JME, Lovely original decorator plate that will add color and appeal to any collection. A very nice rendering of King Willi even with the slight bit of wear, absolutely super detail to his orders and medals. Images that are this crisp and clear are usually termed 'transfer-ware,' and are similar to decals that we're all familiar with. This allowed porcelain companies to produce items like this on a much larger scale than if they were individually hand-painted. Thanks for letting us have a look at your nice imperial-period example.
