GARY8, and All - in the Noss 3 TN Officer's Photo, the most Senior Man (in the middle) appears to be wearing a different 'Colored' TN/Police Sleeve Eagle Patch, yet he has the TN Uniform, and TN Raute on the lower sleeve.
(1) What COLOR Police Patch do you feel he is most likely to be wearing?
