Sorry I don't know anything about the Commemorative Naval Pilot.
Have you tried posting your pics on the Gentlemen Military Interest Club forum? A lot of the old WAF experts, like Rick Research and Stogieman, are active there. You could also send some pics to Deltev Niemann, I am sure he will reply to you.
