Your tinnie has the date 1916 ; it is concerning WW1 the seebattle Germans against the Brittons at Skagerrak in 1916. The second date of your tinnie….. ( 31mai ) 1936…. it was inaugurated again in the Third Reich . Later in wartime it was also a memorial for WW2 marines and sailors. It is 85m high ; that is very high! Benten Here some pictures………
