While I don't have a strong opinion with regards to modern replicas of historical daggers, the price tag on this newly released Damascus Holbein model is startling. http://www.boker.de/us/index.p...=14,1,11&a=121551DAMI'll be the first to concede that B�ker produces quality products, and Damascus steel is a beautiful thing, but at that cost, one might as well track down a 3rd Reich example. I'm curious also if these newly produced B�ker parts will be making their way into the collecting circuit. Has anyone examined one of these?
