Hi All, I am relatively new to this forum and I still can't believe all the information and help that I've received over this past week or so. I am here, once again, needing your help. I have owned this buckle for a while but am not sure of what it is. I believe it is SA and if it is, is it suppose to be chrome finished or not. Again, I have no knowledge of buckles. Please tell me what I have and also what would be it's approx value. I have a friend that wants to but it but he is rather on the stingy side.
