Lets review the "MAX Certified Dealer" situation one more time.
What are the qualifications to become one? Pay $100 and agree to abide by their rules. You DON'T have to demonstrate you know squat about 3rd Reich militaria and judging by what I have witnessed and have been told this is the case in some situations.
My analogy: Would you get yout taxes prepared by a
Certified Public Account that became certified by just paying $100?
