BUT then I looked for the original photograph in my albums and with a watchmakers lupe I could now (with the hint) read the arm emblem of the Werkschutz man:
Although there is a small defect in the photograph, I definately could read ARADO! So the riddle is solved. It is indeed a member of the Werkschutz of the ARADO airplane works.
