Yes, you will also find this style of uniform in blue. This style of work uniform was mostly worn without insignia.
Here is another style that was worn with insignia. This green HBT jacket is very similar to the un-bleached or white military and police fatigue uniforms usually worn with rank insignia. This fellow is a NCO according to his rank tabs.
