Yes, it is quite amazing the length the German's went to in there quest to make there Officers and NCO's, and even the enlisted men, look good in dress and in the field. I mean there was a pretty hefty war going on. But they pursued right to the end. I really do not think we will really ever know a lot of the answers. That alone keeps it captivating. Ed
