I dont believe so, that DAL only shows ranks Sturmbannfuhrer - Obersturmbannfuhrer (at least the ones I have access to). They do not cover any of the lower ranks (ustuf. ostuf. hstuf.), which is likely where your guy would belong, and you would also not be able to narrow down who had your ring as you cannot cross check who had the ring when without the lower rank lists.
