Hello AL472, for me this is a typical HOERSTER youth leader dagger. It seems to have some nicotine patination and has the rarer screws instead nails to fix the pommel. It sows some signs of age but nothing too bad and therefore is a nice collectible. I cannot see anything wrong with the trademark. Do you mean that the RZM circle is "only" in the middle field and is no overlapping into the side fields of the blade? I have seen both variants. The blade seems to be the proper nickled variant (proper for HOERSTER). also eagle and pommel emblem are proper for the period HOERSTER variant.
The leather should be checked in hand but from the pics it looks like period.
As said, I cannot see any red flag from these good pics.
Now you need the hangers and the scarce belt loop.
