Wow you take great closeups. As you probably already know the cup was made in Germany, Cresent moon, Crown, silver content mark 800 and the makers marks and as I thought a Austrian import mark used 1901-1921. My guess is JH. a hammer and a pick. I'll see what I can find. Thank you
Would be nice if you could find the name behind that hallmark
