I agree with Billy and Andy concerning the stag grips. Solingen makers typically utilized soft metal rivets so the grips would not crack or chip over time. I can see chipping on the back of the stag horn on the top rivet and the bottom rivet appears to have been banged on. Grips and rivets are always a red flag to me if they are poorly installed. While the bayonet gives a good overall appearance at the outset the devil is in the details.
I will also point out that this bayonet shown does not match the Honor Bayonet shown by Eickhorn in their catalog as their Nr. 1681.
