Hallo Kurt_Menliff Luetzow s from the EICKHORN Feldherrenserie are rare. Up to now I have seen only brass based hilts. This is for me the first lightweight one (perhaps the same material which can be found with Prinz Eugen sabers) which is without any doubt a nice period variant, I get to know. Congratulations! What I also find interesting is that the K.NEGELE - TUEBINGEN distributor mark obviously had to be placed before the saber had been assambled and therefore EICKHORN had to habe the distributor stamp in house!
This once has been my Luetzow with brass hilt.
