The blade of this wartime HJ knife is nicely bright with some greyer areas and cross grain remained intact. Reverse side is stamped ?RZM M7/62? for Friedrich Pl?cker Jr and the year of its production ?1940?, which is always a nice bonus on HJ-blades!
Pl?cker is one of the rare makers of HJ?s.

The alloy based hilt shows some wear and age. The grip plates are intact, with some wear on the obverse one, near the diamond cut-out. The larger diamond insignia, with bold swaz, is in great shape and it shows the required movement.

The scabbard shows almost complete paint and has attached its complete black leather hanger. The hanger shows wear but has a working snap.
