what does the certificate say are supposed to be original dagger pieces assembled after the war? Yes and even more that it is highly assumed that new parts have been made to complete it. Due to the form I can see in the pics and due to description (material) of the parts I cannot see ANY part which could be period. Even the blade (there are original surplus blades known!) does not look like one of the surplus blades to me. Regards, PS: BTW, this is how a period FHH does look
