Very possibly assembled by Holler. The round punched eye on the E. Pack produced type three guard (for Pack) and matching Pack pommel is a typical Holler configuration. Holler was known to make blades with the grain on the center panel running lengthwise but I can't say I have seen them with the angled grain like this? Scabbard is a generic "B" type with a correct for Holler center flush throat screw.. and Holler did use generic scabbards sometimes.
