The crude stitching, the "inside" laquered leather and the overall configuration let me think that it is a privately manufactured elongation for an in-tunic-clip. What does the stamping on the D-ring say? Looks to me like one of the RZM stamped D-rings but I cannot see enough to do a final statement. Nevertheless it is a mixture of different hangers (clip is navy, Leather is obviously shortened and from an army saber hanger). Regards,
