I removed the plastic trays that held the poker chips, that went to a craft store, bought a cheap ring tray, removed the slotted foam and cut to fit my box. I probably could have done a better job with them, but it was an experiment, and it turned out rather well I think. I'm going to do a similar case for my US WW2 knife collection.
