Gaspare, yes, but there is also "EESTI" for Estland... As far as I could find out a part of "WIKING" were estonians who did form the unit "Narva" (a bataillon) within "WIKING" and fought in the region of Leningrad...
But nothing to add worth as it stays within the family.
I do not know the exact rank but he was below NCOs.
