That's a period pattern mark ein zwei or even drei schwinge on cartouche. Heavily reproduced tho. Got a pic of the back and seam? look in the threads should be a pic of schwinge patterns. Yellow corresponds to flight personnel like pilots and paratroops I believe
OK thanks: it's not my ring, this pic is from a facebook page. Odal was already saying there that he thought the enamel is slightly on the light side for a period ring... that's why I wanted to ask here, see what you guys have to say, maybe learn something more about these rings and how to recognize their fakes...
