Exchange rates don't favor buyers outside the USA. The Ruble is worth dog biscuits and major currencies - like the CAD, Aus$, Euro, Chinese Yuan are all down.

But that should favor sellers from those areas. A dagger bought by a Canadian 10-15 years ago is 30% better off even if sold at the same price in the US.
