Here in California I see trucks similar to this one, with giant homemade metal racks, totally overloaded and swaying back and forth on the I-5 all the time. They are yard sale buyers, they go to yard sales, make an offer for everything, load it up, and then haul it all to Mexico. The majority of the trucks have Mexican plates from my observations.
