Hi guys, long time no see.
Though I stopped collecting years ago a friend of mine told me he had a NAZI knife that his grandfather ( living in Holland) picked up right after the war. He got it from his grandfather and kept it in a trunk on the attick for 40-more years. I asked pictures and soon found out it was a SA Dagger. Now I have been collecting SA for 30 years and stopped 10 years ago but this was a variation I had never seen before having both the makers-mark, the RZM logo and the date on the blade. The dagger shows some age and the nickle fittings are dull. In my opinion the eagle (which has a gold color) has been period changed ( this dagger is NEVER been messed with and comes right "out of the woodwork) and the blade shows some pitting.
The hanger is made of BLACK leather ( No SS-signs on it). Clip shows rust and the usual makers mark.
Now, who can tell me something about th markings and the value.
It shows stuff is still out there, waiting to be discoverd
