I would be surprised if it was bogus, besides its obvious aged, period look it wouldn't seem to make much sense to copy an item that might be expected to sell for $25.
Snyder can be a decent resource for research, probably about the only thing he is good for. He unquestionably has some good items mixed in with the Eva undies, but I wouldn't buy anything from the guy just out of principal.
