I think Skynards point is well taken.

I sold a couple of original Lodz ghetto coins on ebay. I received one of the nicest thank you emails from a buyer who had lost family members in the holocaust and wanted some item from that event. I had supplied her with an honest relic at a fair price. About $25. as far as I can remember. This was close to my cost.

So the Rabbi thinks someone other than my buyer should decide if she can have this relic? and at what price?

At the same time, most of the uniforms and arm bands I have seen came up at auctions shortly after they completed filming Schindler's List. So it is probably 99% bogus.
