Absolutely! and that's what we love to collect.. Anything that wasn't bring in money to the party was called 'Kitsch'!
A private purchase ring / and or a 'Canteen' ring...all are : Mass produced rings for retail... Some guys like to collect custom one of a kind rings,,thats fine. But they are hard to authenticate and even date. Most of us here on thisforum collect mass produced made for retail sales rings!
