Since these are early 1933 made rings, wouldn't they be considered to be mass produced 1933 souvenir Kitsch rings?

But, yes, i think after may 33 most of this rings were such items therefoere the "Kitsch"-law (Gesetz zum Schutze der nationalen Symbole ....)was made. Par example - remember how much of the real much Westwall rings show as swastika - only a hand full. For using this symbols on a in Germany (1938 Austria too) you needed after may 33 a offical permission. So there was only a realativly short time this items are produced and thats in my opinion the reason that they are rather rare.
