Your tunic and cap with orange piping appear to be those of the civil Gendarmerie, or "rural police" post 1941. The tschako, with black leather, was worn by Schutzpolizei officers. Gendarmerie would wear tchakos with brown leather. There is no "SS", nor "field" connection to these artifacts.
