The Honor ring market right now is bad period.. Just like everything else.Anyone selling now won't get what they've been told they'd get a few years ago.
Main problem is the price had gotten way over inflated some years ago ,,stagnated a couple years, ,then the market tanked..
Sure from the photos the ring looks o.k. But so does a good copy thats been aged.
The ring IF good is worth several thousand,,a few hundred for a CoA from Don isn't much when compared... Follow Dons instructions for sending and you won't have a problem..
