Good eyes G.! Yes the other ring has a little enameldamage at the red one too. And behind this enamel again is a kind of brass.
In all hard to say, but yes, i think too it is a kind of thinn sheet or foil. On both rings this, i call it now so, foil has symetrical structures. In my opinion real to reflekt and brake incoming light through the very glasy enamel. And, if i remeber right, brass is one of the best materials to hold enamel. Thanks Svenga! Thanks G.!
