On the second pic ring 1 and 2 have only "800". On the 3. ring you can´t see real the stamp - there is inside a second band for downsizing. Ring 4 and 5 have austrian marks (tukan) and the last has no marks - it is silvered brass/copper.
Wow G.! - You got it! I think i understand your idea and i think you are 100 % right. Black swas, white/silver round in red shield ist german (black/white/red). White/silver swas on red field is austrian - colours of austria red/white
