The string inside the pommel and the small leather ring at the end of the grip inside the ferrule is interesting. And look at the end of the scabbard. It is certainly different than the "normal" scabbards. On the last photo you can see a "normal" scabbard on the left and the early KLAAS scabbard on the right. I have never noticed this kind of difference before. Is this feature common on early 2nd Lufts?
