Mikee- On art net some of his work looks very similar to the card in question although this exact print wasn't found so at this point my guess is good as yours.Sorry I don't have a definate answer for you.
I thought the hydra card was neat.It reminded me of the guerilla warfare badge of the 3rd reich.
