I was able to look into Eugen Weigel in the National Archives yesterday. Found three good photos of him and his fianc�e in his Race & Settlement File. He was not in his SS uniform, but the bust view includes something interesting. Not only is it exciting to put a face with this SS dagger and grouping, but he is wearing the
Golden Parteiabzeichen!!! First time for me to put together the actual pin & a picture of the recipient wearing it. Not sure what the little pin below is. Thought it might be the ZA pin, but it is hard to see well on the microfilm. His
f�hrerstammkarte does not indicate membership, but that would not be the first time I have come across lack of this notation when they were members.
