On page 146, at the top of the page, is a picture of the No 6 etch with added oak leaves and with a straight edged (Wayne calls it an arrow-like bookend).

So, of course, I had to find me one of these, and here it is.

It is a single etched, long, spanner bolt small Pack TM with the straight line bookend.
