Most of these rings we see we tend call WW 1 rings. True, many were bought and sold during the 1st WW. But many were made after the war and well into the 1930's as remembrance rings/Patriotic rings..

This is a silver ring, no content stamp.. Has 3 stripes of enamel with the German colors. Also a black enamel Swastika.. This ring I'd say would date to be an early 1930s piece..
