In the English version of the book it states 10.000 were made.
I was also under the impression that this was a "added" McSarr list as studied by Mr. Siegert owns observations on rarity of makers.
I am sure that on different continents different rarities would exist between different makers. Maybe in the USA Torleys might be more common than in Europe
Would be nice to have Mr.Siegerts opinion on this or even Nakida?
