Posted 14 February 2004 12:12 Umhang worn open showing the blue collar that is a denser weave of wool than the body of the cape. The collar is the same color as the body and is piped in green; the same as the tunic. The partial shoulder lining is also visible. These Prussian blue uniforms continued to be worn by NS Zeit Hilfspolizei during the war, although I have not seen photos of the cape being worn after 1936.
