While I will(ok, always have thought)buy off that these were period. Issued??? ahhh well maybe maybe not. I've seen alot of stuff that has changed over the years so like Mulder "I want to believe" but looks like someones got some splain' to to Lucy. And not everything vets brought home were brought home. They were making money selling this stuff to collectors also. Fred, if your still reading this and you have your piece written up I for one would like to see what you wrote.
