Generally the dagger looks ok what I can see from the pics. It is a 2nd model. BUT: RLB-NCO daggers are very often faked so a very careful in hand inspection by an experienced collector would be necessary. The eagle�s beak also is ok, it is a known variant. See attached my 2nd Mod unmarked (unquestionable) with what I think is the same crossguard.
