I've been waiting for better photos of the dedication before commenting. But I quess this is the best we are going to get so here goes... I've never seen one like that and if I did I would not want it in my collection. I have doubts on the originality of the dedication and if original the blade has been polished to a "non-collection" grade IMO.
And if Gailen doesn't like it...that's all you need to know and not worry about it..just send it back.
