I wonder if any of you saw this great photo of a police unit in the Balkans on Manions. I saw it to late to bid on it --and wonder who got it ? Anyhow it said :" Photo of late war German Police Unit in the Balkans , shows unit in summer field uniforms , some are wearing Inf. Assault Badge, dated 12 June 1944 in Idria". Looks like these guys have a big smile on their faces ,--may be they just got those Inf. Assault badges awarded to them !
