I HAVE ONLY SEEN ONE NCO SWORD WITH A HAND FORGED TRADITIONAL BLADE. IT WAS MOUNTED IN EARLY MOUNTS I AM SURE THIS WAS PRIVATE PURCHASE. IT WAS NOT SIGNED AND POOR QUALITY WORK.
