2nd eagle awaz looks poorly done and the design strange.

w'rocks used 2 styles of eagles:
1. the officer-style, hand-woven aluminum(or silver)-bullion eagle like the 1st one here -
(normally worn by officers on their everyday tunics) and
2. a machine-made one in flat alu. or maybe also silver-thread wire. also: some 'rocks have silver-wire collar and cuff tresse 'sted of aluminum.
again, the 2nd eagle you posted here looks odd - esp. the swaz. let the eagle guys chime in..
