I�ve got a question to this particular fighting-knife.


Dimensions:

Lenght overall: apx. 28,7 cm
Blade lenght: apx. 16,2 cm
Lenght of the hilt: apx. 12,5 cm
Lenght of scabbard: apx. 16,6 cm
crossguard: apx. 5,9 cm / 21 mm / 3,4 mm
blade: apx. 4 mm "strong", apx 2,6 cm "broad"

rel. "heavy" blade ...

Not any markings visible ...


This knife�s serial-made for sure and not an "trench-art" !

A fellow collector spottet some of this knive�s at flea-market�s once before, (but in very poor shape and without scabbard).

In a German Gun-magazine this knife�s also shown ...
There�s believed, that this knife probably was manufactured in Romania, Czechoslovakia or Russia ...

But no evidence in case of the period of production, only the suggestion, it�s "wartime" ...

Does anybody of you have had seen a knife like this before ?
