Here is the Knötel Verwaltungspolizei uniform plate for an Oberstleutnant (in Höher Polizeiverwaltungsdienst) and a Hauptmann (Polizei Oberinspektor in Gehobener Polizeiverwaltungsdienst). Notice the black boots and belts and the SS Officer knot worn by the Police Officer on the right.
